Payroll Deduction

Tired of trying to remember to make your payments at the credit union? Let us do the bookkeeping! Payroll deduction is the perfect solution. For example, if you want your car note paid each month on the first, simply sign up for payroll deduction through your employer.  The amount you specified is taken directly from your check and paid on the first of the month. It couldn't be easier! Plus, you can easily make changes in the amounts whenever you need to.

Home Banking 

You've already experienced the wealth of information available at CCCU Online, but have you signed up for Home Banking? This extraordinary tool allows you to check balances of your accounts, make loan payments, pay bills to any merchant electronically, and see the history of your accounts. Forget writing checks and putting them in the mail with just a few clicks of the mouse, you can have all your bills paid in mere moments. Plus, you can even schedule regular payments that will deduct automatically without you even having to think about it. Never have a late payment again!

You don't have to be a whiz on the computer to use Home Banking, either. Instructions on use will be available when you sign up.  You'll be pointing and clicking your way in no time.

Home banking is available free including the use of Bill Pay, which can be used to pay all your bills online...No stamps required! Sign up at either branch location..
 

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit enables you to have your entire paycheck, Social Security check or other recurring government checks automatically deposited into your credit union account on payday. No more worries about losing your check, being out of town on payday or waiting in line to make your deposit.

Drive-Thru Window

We understand how valuable your time is. That's why we offer extended-hours drive-through service at both of our CCCU branches.

The Main Office features four drive-through lanes for your convenience. All lanes open at 7:30 AM and close at 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday. On Friday, all lanes open at 7:30 AM and close at 5:30 PM.

The East Location offers 4 lanes of drive-through service, as well as a dedicated ATM lane. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM-Noon. 

ATM

Use the CCCU ATMs to make cash withdrawals, deposits, transfer funds and balance inquiries from your share or checking account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no service charges for members and you are allowed six free transactions per month. A $1 fee per transaction is imposed for any transactions over limit.

You don't even have to be a member to use the CCCU ATMs. If your bank card has the Cirrus logo, you can use your card! A nominal service charge may apply.

ATM machines are located at both the East and West Locations for convenient access no matter where you are!
 

Phone Banking

Dialing 1-800-310-9387 will put you in touch with CCCUs automatic banking system, 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. Whether calling locally or long distance, this response system is an easy solution for many of your financial needs. You can check account balances, transfer between accounts, make withdrawals by check, see what checks have cleared, and more.

Its easy to use and confidential. You must have your member number and PIN to conduct Phone Banking.

 

Wire Transfers

Need money moved quickly between different financial institutions? We offer wire transfers going to any financial institution worldwide for a minimal $25.00 fee. We can easily wire money out from your account at CCCU or accept wire transfers from other institutions into your account. This is great for sending cash to relatives out of state or the country!

Wiring money requires the use of your account number and a routing number. Contact a representative at either location for wiring instructions.
 

Night Depository

At both locations, the night depository is located in the far left drive-through lane, just before the teller window. You can feel confident making safe and convenient after-hours deposits and loan payments with the night deposit box. You can even place loan applications inside, so we can start the approval process bright and early the following business day.

All night deposit transactions go into a locked vault and are retrieved by two employees by 7:30 AM the following morning. The transactions are posted immediately for your convenience. Envelopes are provided for your safety.
 

ACH Receiver

At CCCU we are equipped to handle all incoming automatic clearing house transactions. This means that any automatic deposits or withdrawals you wish to have transacted by outside companies are easily set up for repeated occurrences. This can cut down on the number of checks you need to write. Call today for more information.
